Evening Birding and Swift Survey – Sponsored by Southern Oregon Land Conservancy

The Southern Oregon Land Conservancy is excited to announce an “Evening Birding and Swift Survey” on Monday, September 11 from 5:30pm – 8pm. at Eden Valley Orchards.  This is a free event and anyone can attend but registration is required. There is a limit of 20 participants so register now!

Come enjoy the birds and sunset on this exclusive after hours event at Eden Valley Orchards. Arrive at 5:30 to purchase an optional glass of wine before the winery closes for the night. Next we’ll walk the grounds to catch the late day bird activity. Finally we’ll take a seat on the patio for the grand finale. Expect to be awed by the swifts swirling overhead and challenged as we try to count how many enter the chimney of the historic Voorhies Mansion.

This is a great opportunity to learn something wonderful about the great outdoors, meet some new friends, and find out the latest news about our land conservation work.
