Protestors to Rally in Support of the ACA and Post Notes on Congressman Greg Walden’s Office

Oregon Indivisible

MEDFORD, Oregon – February 6, 2017

Oregon District 2 Indivisible will rally and march in Medford at 12:00pm on Tuesday, February 7.

Activists will meet at 10 South Oakdale Street. Speakers Doug Warner and Gayle Wilson will address the assembly, expressing firm opposition to repealing or dismantling the Affordable Care Act. Demonstrators will have the opportunity to write personalized messages to Greg Walden.

Demonstrators will then march to Congressman Greg Walden’s office at 14 N Central Avenue and post all messages to the outside windows, doors, and walls of the congressman’s office.

The INDIVISIBLE movement is a grassroots campaign to slow or stop the Trump agenda bent on attacking our free press, passing laws that restrict voting rights, harassing and deporting immigrants, dismantling essential environmental protections, repealing the Affordable Care Act, giving tax breaks to the very rich and to large corporations, and many other reactionary goals. The Indivisible movement, in contrast, is built on the values of inclusion, tolerance, and fairness.
